Careers at Leading Edge Senior Care! We are so excited that you are considering a career with Leading Edge Senior Care. We believe in care for both parties; our client and caregiver. Here is our promise to you;
- You will not have to drive 40 miles for a client or short shift. We want our caregivers to work within 10 miles of their homes.
- We want you to be excited about whom you care for. Meaning, if you are unhappy with your client’s situation, we will find you a new client. Your best care comes from being happy!
- No constant calls about openings, We respect your private time and will only call if you have availability.
- We do a meet & greet with every new client you have. We do the introductions, review the care plan, and make sure you are comfortable with your new family!
- Leading Edge Senior Care is on call 24 hours a day. If you have a question with a client at 3:15 am that you are working. Text, and we will text back in less than 3 minutes. We want you comfortable.
- Many of our positions start at $20.00 per hour. This does vary, but we want you to be the best-compensated caregivers in Arizona. Did you know the average pay is $15.00 an hour? We pay you 25% more!
- We have clients and career opportunities in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Litchfield Park, San Tan Valley, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, Goodyear, YES Maricopa!
- If you want to become a CNA, guess what? We will pay for your schooling! Just ask us how.

At Leading Edge Senior Care, we accommodate your life as a caregiver. 2-hour shifts, 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, overnight, and live-in shifts are all available! We are not a franchise. That means we pay people their worth. We do not insult our caregivers by paying them $14 or $15 dollars an hour. We respect the work you do and reward you for it! Let’s talk!
